The frog has always represented a symbol of love and adventure. Life takes you many places and bringing home a frog to my mother reminds us of that journey out into the world, living our transient lives, and then coming home with a token of solitude. The transformation from youngster to adult is a journey steeped in the understanding of love and feminine energy, that feeling of love you can only have for a mother. Mother is anyone. I’m using the frog as my personal self proclamied spirit animal because of the connection is has to my mother. Traditionally Native American's are asid the frog is associated with the the moon, because of its nocternal tendencies. I am a night owl by nature too. I choose to use the frog's historica associations to call on my intuitive self and my ow creative potential. I choose to rely on my frog friends to show me I am supported and my ability to express my self has no known boundaries.
