Death Doula
I am a death doula.I am not a counselor or psychiatrist, yet. I am not and never will be a medical professional. While I have a wide knowledge of the medical world, I am not a registered nurse or doctor of any kind. I am simply a guide. The term doula means "one who serves". I offer consulting and planning services.
I have been in the service industry since I was 14. The restaurant business was my business for years. Now I have found a new industry. I want to use my hospitality skils in the mortality field.
My experiences with death started the year my paternal gradnmother died. The same year we buried my mother. My mother died long before her soul left her body. There were long and often hard situations that unfolded through series of unfortunate and enlightening events. As a spirit guide i can help you strengthen your spiritual practices.
I want to help people who were like me. I want to help folks who are scared to death of death. I was so scared my mom was going to die that we didn't live. None of us lived for years, waiting her impending death. But guess what? All of our deaths are impending! What scared us was the medical diagnosis. She'd been sick a long time, but CANCER!!! BRAIN CANCER!? Oh boy! What a jolt. What a shock. She was only 40.
I am someone who can help you decide what is best. I can help you think about options and circumstances. I can help you declare your intentions and live your best life.
